Article 1 (Application)
1) These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all relations relating to the use of the Services between the User and the Company.
2) In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the Company may also stipulate various rules for the use of the Services (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Rules"). In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the Company may also make various rules regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as 'Individual Regulations'). Regardless of the name of these individual provisions, they shall form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3) If the provisions of these Terms and Conditions conflict with the provisions of the Individual Provisions in the preceding article, the provisions of the Individual Provisions shall take precedence, unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions.
Article 2 (Registration for use)
1) The registration for use of the Service shall be completed when the applicant for registration has agreed to the Terms and Conditions, has applied for registration for use in the manner prescribed by the Company and the Company has approved this application.
2) If the Company determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, the Company may not approve the application for registration for use and shall not be obliged to disclose the reasons for this at all.
1- If the applicant has provided false information when applying for registration for use.
2- If the application is from a person who has violated these Terms of Use
3- In any other case where the Company deems the registration of use to be inappropriate.
Article 3 (Fees and payment methods)
1) The User shall pay the Usage Fees, which are determined separately by the Company and displayed on the Website, for the paid part of the Services by the method specified by the Company.
2) For cancellations within 48 HOURS of the scheduled repair date for reasons attributable to the User, the Call Out Charge of €8 will be incurred as a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee must be paid within 2 DAYS.
If the deadline is exceeded, we will send a reminder.
If payment is still not received, the service will be disabled in accordance with our regulations.
3) The indicated charges include consumption tax. We will also inform you of the price for the parts, including VAT.
Article 4 (Prohibitions)
In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts
1) Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
2) Actions related to criminal acts.
3) Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service, such as the contents of the Service.
4) Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the server or network of the Company, other Users or other third parties.
5) Acts of using information obtained from the Service for commercial purposes.
6) Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services.
7) Acts of gaining unauthorised access or attempting to do so.
8) Acts that collect or accumulate personal information, etc. concerning other users.
9) Acts of using the Service for unauthorised purposes.
10) Acts that cause disadvantage, damage or discomfort to other users of this service or other third parties.
11) Acts of impersonating other users.
12) Advertising, advertisement, solicitation, or sales activities on the Service that are not permitted by the Company.
13) Actions aimed at meeting people of the opposite sex who are not acquainted with each other.
14) Acts of providing benefits directly or indirectly to anti-social forces in relation to our services.
15) Other acts that we deem inappropriate.
Article 5 (Changes to service content, etc.)
The Company may, with prior notice to the User, change, add to or discontinue the Services and the User agrees to this.
Article 6 (Notification or communication)
Notification or communication between the User and the Company shall be carried out in the manner prescribed by the Company. Unless the User notifies us of a change in accordance with a method separately stipulated by us, we will assume that the currently registered contact address is valid and send notices or communications to that address, which will be deemed to have reached the User at the time they are sent.
Article 7 (Privacy policy)
HERO'S BIKE STORE (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') is committed to the proper and safe management and operation of the personal information entrusted to it, as follows.
1.Purposes of use
The Company will use the collected personal information for the following purposes.
1) For service implementation and after-sales service.
2) For sending requests for information materials.
3) To respond to consultations and enquiries.
4) To provide information on products, services and events.
2. provision to third parties
The Company will not provide personal data to third parties except in the following cases.
1) In accordance with laws and regulations.
2) When necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person and when it is difficult to obtain consent from the person concerned.
